This is an older style of casement lock painted brass on zinc die-cast and used on older style wood casement windows. The three different keepers allow for most mounting applications whether it be a swing-in or swing-out casement window. Installation screws are included. Besides being used on casement windows, it is often used on cupboards and cabinets for that Retro look.
